  • Oversee the entire spectrum of human resources operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, benefits management, and compliance with employment regulations.
  • Act as a dependable point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters, ensuring queries are addressed with empathy and professionalism.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts by collaborating closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, conduct interviews, and facilitate seamless onboarding experiences.
