What you'll do:

- Support ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 compliance efforts by preparing for audits and maintaining readiness at all times.

- Manage visa processes for technical expatriates, including handling KITAS and C17 applications to ensure seamless onboarding and legal compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design incentive schemes that motivate the salesforce while supporting quota-linked performance targets.
- Oversee the implementation of SAP, HRIS, and Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights into HR metrics and analytics.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement during periods of change to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Monitor time-to-hire metrics for project-based roles, ensuring recruitment processes remain agile and responsive to business needs.
- Champion the mapping of the entire workforce against competency matrices to guarantee comprehensive talent development.

- Demonstrated experience designing incentive structures for sales teams that support mobility and quota-linked performance outcomes is highly regarded.
- Expertise in visa management processes alongside thorough knowledge of MOM regulations and local labour law is crucial.
- Advanced skills in utilising SAP systems, HRIS platforms, and developing Power BI dashboards for effective HR analytics are expected.
- Proven ability to develop competency matrices that drive targeted talent development initiatives across diverse teams is important.
- Exceptional communication skills enabling cross-functional influence as well as conflict resolution within interdependent teams are necessary.
