Our Client is SME in the Medical Devices Industry They are seeking a Strong HRBP with excellent Compensation & Benefits experience and Performance Management skills

Serves as a strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a core focus on Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and Performance Management across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam. Partners closely with business leaders and local HR teams to design, implement, and manage competitive C&B frameworks and robust performance management processes that drive business outcomes and employee engagement.

Applies strong analytical skills to interpret HR data, evaluate the effectiveness of programs, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making. Ensures alignment of C&B and performance strategies with broader organizational goals, while maintaining compliance and market competitiveness.

Experience in Talent Management - including succession planning and talent review - and the ability to lead or support Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives are valuable additions to this role. Familiarity with HRIS systems and leveraging technology to enhance HR processes is an advantage.

Combines HR expertise, business acumen, and strong interpersonal skills to deliver high-impact HR solutions that support both people and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage Compensation & Benefits (C&B) programs that are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business strategy and market
  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to develop and execute Performance Management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration, and performance improvement plans.
  • Provide expert guidance on salary benchmarking, annual compensation review cycles, job grading, and incentive/bonus
  • Analyze and interpret HR and business data to evaluate the effectiveness of C&B and performance initiatives, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.
  • Advise leaders on total rewards strategies to attract, retain, and motivate talent across Southeast
  • Ensure C&B and performance practices comply with local regulations across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and

  • Participate in HR projects related HRIS optimization and process improvements
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, balancing people and business priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Support Talent Management activities such as talent reviews, succession planning, and capability development, where
  • Contribute to or lead Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives that strengthen workforce capabilities, where applicable.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related
  • IHRP-CP certification is an
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management.
  • Deep understanding of compensation frameworks, bonus and incentive structures, benefits administration, and performance management best practices.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate workforce trends (e.g., turnover, productivity, engagement) into actionable
  • Experience in predictive workforce planning, including data modelling and scenario
  • Prior experience working with predominantly white-collar workforces, with sensitivity to their unique needs and workplace dynamics.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., DarwinBox, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM), with strong understanding of system functionalities, data integrity, and reporting capabilities.
  • High level of emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and interpersonal
  • Skilled in managing workplace conflict and promoting a respectful, inclusive working
  • Agile and adaptable, with the ability to respond to shifting priorities and evolving business
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence senior stakeholders, and drive impactful people strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity and the ability to operate effectively across diverse
  • Experience in Learning & Development (L&D) and the ability to lead or support L&D initiatives is a plus.
  • Proven experience supporting multi-country HR operations across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam.
  • Solid knowledge of Singapore Labour Laws, with working familiarity of HR practices and employment regulations in Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam preferred.
