What you'll do:
As Vice President International Credit Division (Leveraged Buyout), you will immerse yourself in the evaluation of intricate private equity-driven transactions throughout the APAC region.
- Close cooperation with various business units as you analyse proposals for leveraged buyouts—scrutinising every detail from initial structuring through final approval.
- Responsible for presenting your findings clearly to senior decision-makers both locally and internationally.
- Offering practical alternatives when needed and identifying effective ways to mitigate risks, you will help shape the organisation’s approach to complex financing arrangements.
- Your expertise will also be called upon during internal committee meetings where your insights into sector trends and counterparty dynamics will inform critical decisions.

What you bring:
In joining as Vice President International Credit Division (Leveraged Buyout), your extensive background in corporate credit analysis will be invaluable as you navigate multifaceted transactions involving private equity sponsors.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in corporate credit analysis and structuring within banking or advisory consultancy environments such as Big Four firms.
- Demonstrated expertise in analysing traditional corporate lending products as well as leveraged finance transactions including LBOs/MBOs and other structured deals.
- Proven ability to assess risk factors across a wide range of client types—corporates and private equity—spanning multiple sectors and countries within APAC.
- Deep understanding of sector-specific risk drivers combined with the ability to apply these insights when evaluating counterparties’ success factors along with business/financial risks.
- A history of working collaboratively with business partners by providing timely advice on risk appetite requirements, due diligence needs, structuring options, and creative solutions for mitigating identified risks.
- Experience contributing beyond core credit risk management activities—such as portfolio reporting, deep-dive analysis projects, policy formulation or process improvement initiatives.
- A strong academic background at graduate or postgraduate level coupled with logical writing skills that enable you to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored appropriately for different audiences while respecting cultural sensitivities across regions.
- Exceptional analytical abilities paired with lateral thinking skills that allow you to identify novel solutions for challenging risk scenarios.
- Resilience under pressure combined with sound judgement; able to balance commercial considerations against prudent risk management while maintaining high integrity.
