What you'll do:

As a Reconciliations Operations Associate based in Singapore, you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of maintaining the integrity of financial data through meticulous reconciliations of Triparty Transactions and Positions. Your day-to-day activities will involve working collaboratively with various internal teams including finance, treasury, risk management, and IT. • Perform daily reconciliations of Triparty Transactions and Positions across internal systems, fund administrators, and custodians for all managed funds.
• Identify discrepancies between internal records and external statements, conducting thorough investigations to resolve any issues efficiently.
• Communicate reconciliation results clearly to fund administrators, facilitating prompt resolution of breaks and discrepancies.
• Provide detailed insights on reconciliation outcomes by highlighting key trends and potential issues that may impact reporting or compliance.
• Utilise advanced reconciliation tools and systems to automate processes, streamlining workflows for greater efficiency and accuracy.
• Escalate unresolved issues promptly to management while recommending practical solutions for ongoing process improvements.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as finance, treasury, risk management, and IT to ensure accurate reporting and seamless reconciliation processes.

• Comprehensive product knowledge covering Bonds, Interest Rate Swaps (IRS), Foreign Exchange (FX), Options, Equities, Futures, and Over-the-Counter (OTC) instruments.
• Previous exposure to Buy Side environments would be considered advantageous for understanding complex investment structures.
• A self-motivated attitude paired with a positive mindset that contributes constructively within team settings.
• Excellent communication skills enabling clear articulation of findings both verbally and in writing across diverse audiences.
