What you'll do:

As a Reconciliations Operations Associate based in Singapore, you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of maintaining the integrity of financial data through meticulous reconciliations of Triparty Transactions and Positions. Your day-to-day activities will involve working collaboratively with various internal teams including finance, treasury, risk management, and IT.   • Perform daily reconciliations of Triparty Transactions and Positions across internal systems, fund administrators, and custodians for all managed funds.

  • Communicate reconciliation results clearly to fund administrators, facilitating prompt resolution of breaks and discrepancies.

  • Comprehensive product knowledge covering Bonds, Interest Rate Swaps (IRS), Foreign Exchange (FX), Options, Equities, Futures, and Over-the-Counter (OTC) instruments.
  • Previous exposure to Buy Side environments would be considered advantageous for understanding complex investment structures.
  • A self-motivated attitude paired with a positive mindset that contributes constructively within team settings.
  • Excellent communication skills enabling clear articulation of findings both verbally and in writing across diverse audiences.
