An excellent opportunity has emerged for a committed and passionate Associate for Investor Relations to become part of an experienced team within an established premier Singapore-based fund.
What you'll do:
As an Investor Relations Associate, you will play a crucial role in nurturing strong relationships through years of engagement. You will perform comprehensive research into the fund’s existing and prospective clients and partners, constructing a clear picture of their financial and fundamental position. Your role will also involve acting as point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring that requests are addressed promptly. Additionally, you will stay updated with relevant market news, identifying opportunities for the fund and its partners. Your responsibilities will also include assisting with fundraising activities by identifying target investors and formulating engagement plans.
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of the fund’s existing and potential clients and partners.
Act as the initial point of contact for client inquiries, liaising with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.
Stay updated with relevant market news, identifying opportunities for the fund and its partners.
Assist with fundraising activities such as pinpointing target investors and formulating engagement plans.
Facilitate discussions with existing and prospective partners at an administrative level, recording minutes and coordinating scheduling as required.
What you bring:
The ideal Associate for Investor Relations will bring a wealth of experience within Financial Services to this role. You will have between two to five years' experience in a similar or supporting role. Your analytical mindset coupled with your experience conducting research and producing reports will be invaluable in this role. Your robust organisational skills will enable you to manage your time effectively while prioritising tasks. Your excellent interpersonal skills will ensure you are comfortable communicating across all seniorities both internally and externally.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from a recognised institution.
Between two and five years of experience within Financial Services in a similar or supporting role.
Analytical mindset. Experience conducting research and producing reports a considerable advantage
Robust organisational skills with a proven track record of independent time management.
Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable communicating across all seniorities both internally and externally.
