Finance Manager

A prestigious family office in Singapore is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations. What you'll do:

• Oversight of full accounting processes and good understanding of I/SFRS and its practical applications with particular reference to investment accounting
• Preparation and maintenance of full set accounts including month/year-end closings, financial statements and management reports including investment/financial analysis reports and cash flow forecast
• Preparation of all relevant schedules for the financial statements including bank reconciliations with crucial attention to details of all chargesHandle intercompany transactions, reconciliation and confirmation
• Liasing with auditors, tax agent and company secretary and respective authorities
• Oversee cash management, including preparing wire transfers and coordinating funds movement with financial institutions

What you bring:

To excel as a Finance Manager in this family office set up, you will bring proven experience from roles where you have managed diverse finance functions within asset management firms, investment holding entities or family offices.

• Strong knowledge in investment accounting and/or single family office experiences
• Qualification in CA, ACCA, CPA, CFA is highly advantageous
• Strong experiences in Excel and Powerpoint
• Familiarity with Singapore’s tax landscape (IRAS) as well as regulatory frameworks governed by ACRA or MAS requirements
