Senior Finance Manager

Our client is a globally recognised independent fund manager specialising in infrastructure assets. With a focus on North America, Europe, and selected growth economies, they manage over $40 billion in AUM. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join their Singapore team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with various teams across the firm and play a critical role in supporting its continued growth.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be an independent contributor leading statutory audits across numerous group entities.

• Collaborate closely with platform teams during the audit period and manage audit timelines to ensure timely closure
• Reviewing the accounts of multiple entities and working with Statutory Auditors for audit completion
• Responsible for finance function-related maintenance, compliance, and reporting for group entities
• Provide financial support to the business and coordinate the implementation of new finance-related systems

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Senior Finance Manager position will bring a strong foundation in accounting and finance.

• Chartered Accountant qualification with 10–12 years of relevant post-qualification experience
• Understanding of private equity fund structures, including co-investments, capital drawdowns, distributions, and related financial operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive mindset with a track record of prioritizing deliverables and managing deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across teams
