Senior Software QA (Firmware, CI-CD Automation)

My client is a leading technology company that develops advanced wireless communication systems for drones, robotics, and IoT. With a culture of innovation and collaboration, the team is focused on delivering high-quality solutions that redefine connectivity.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement a robust QA framework to automate and enhance software testing processes.
  • Develop and execute test cases for firmware/software, focusing on automation over manual testing.
  • Write scripts using Python, Shell script, or JavaScript to streamline testing workflows.
  • Work with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Bitbucket pipelines to enable CI-CD automation.
  • Ensure the reliability and quality of firmware by testing on embedded devices.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing with expertise in automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of CI-CD automation and software development best practices.
  • Experience in firmware test case development and testing processes.
  • Familiarity with WiFi technologies, Linux and networking concepts is desirable.
