Bid Manager

Our client is a leading firm, their business is scaling its commercial operations and looking for a hands-on Bid Manager to drive high value bids.

What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end preparation of RFI/RFQ/RFP responses
• Translate technical infrastructure solutions into structured, competitive proposals
• Work closely with engineering, finance, legal and delivery teams to align scope, pricing and risk
• Develop cost models, pricing strategies and commercial positioning
• Coordinate suppliers and partners for technical inputs and quotations
• Manage timelines, documentation and internal approval processes
• Support contract clarifications and commercial negotiations post-submission

What You'll Bring:

• At least 8 years of experience in bid management, tendering or commercial project roles
• Background in telecom infrastructure, data centres, EPC, or related technical industries
• Strong understanding of cost drivers, procurement processes and infrastructure pricing models
• Ability to interpret technical designs and convert them into structured commercial proposals
• Comfortable managing multiple submissions under tight timelines
• Strong Excel and proposal documentation skills
