Senior Network Engineer

About the Senior Network Engineer Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the IT infrastructure and systems remain operational through proactively monitoring, identifying, investigating, and resolving technical incidents and problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, support network and security architecture and strategies to support business growth
• Maintain, upgrade and ensure security patching of all network equipment under management
• Implement and support Cisco switches/routers, firewall and other security appliances
• Provide network operations support and maintain network documentation
• Collaborate with the global team as part of an ongoing effort to support the global network
• Participate in change management policies and practices

To succeed in this role, you must have at least four years of experience as a network engineer.

Key Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in IT, engineering or related disciplines
• At least four years of work experience as a network engineer
• In-depth knowledge of network routing and switching technologies and protocols
• Proficient in network management including configuration and implementation
• Cisco CCNA and CCNP certification is advantageous
• Analytical and possesses good troubleshooting skills
• Good collaboration and communication skills
