Delivery Lead (SaaS)

A fast-scaling digital platform business is looking for a client-facing Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end implementation of enterprise SaaS solutions in Singapore.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll take ownership of the full delivery lifecycle:

• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations from requirements discovery to deployment
• Act as the primary client interface, managing expectations and driving alignment
• Translate business needs into structured delivery plans, milestones, and timelines
• Partner closely with Solution Architects and technical teams to bring solutions to life
• Drive risk management, issue resolution, and change control across projects
• Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
• Support UAT, onboarding, and go-live readiness

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 8 years in project / delivery management within SaaS or software environments
• Strong track record delivering client-facing implementations end-to-end
• Ability to bridge business and technical conversations confidently
• Experience working alongside Solution Architects / engineering teams
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
