What you'll do:

As a Principal Production Support professional, your role will be pivotal in providing top-notch support services to international wealth management businesses. You'll be at the forefront of incident management, working closely with development teams to ensure smooth operations. Your proactive approach will enable you to identify trends early on, allowing you to resolve issues swiftly and drive continuous improvement. You'll take full ownership of issues and projects, ensuring they are seen through to completion. Additionally, you'll manage end-to-end change/release processes across various wealth management systems. Your ability to diagnose and effectively communicate incidents will be crucial in this role. Lastly, your interpersonal skills will allow you to build strong relationships with various functional groups globally.

• Provide Production Services Support to International Wealth Management businesses.
• Manage incidents and coordinate with development teams.
• Implement best practices for production support.
• Proactively identify trends, resolve issues and drive continual improvement.
• Take ownership of issues and projects, seeing them through to completion.
• Manage end-to-end Change/Release processes across wealth management systems.
• Diagnose and effectively communicate/escalate incidents and problems to senior management.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with various functional groups globally.

As the ideal candidate for the Principal Production Support role, you bring a wealth of experience in production support management. Your hands-on experience with Avaloq Banking System sets you apart from others. You're adept at working with Oracle 19c, MSSQL, UNIX and Windows operating environments, demonstrating your technical prowess. Your ability to write scripts and work on automation showcases your versatility. You have experience with electronic trading applications that have FIX connectivity, further enhancing your profile. Your strong leadership skills enable you to motivate teams and drive them towards success. Your problem-solving mindset allows you to review service availability, performance and stability effectively. Lastly, your excellent communication skills ensure smooth interactions with all stakeholders.

• Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 3 years’ experience in Production Support management role.
• Minimum 3 years’ of experience in Avaloq Banking System.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle 19c, MSSQL, UNIX and Windows operating environments.
• Ability to write scripts and work on automation.
• Experience with electronic trading applications that have FIX connectivity.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
