What you'll do:

As a Senior Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional technical support to our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing both on-site and remote support for the installation and commissioning of equipment. You will also be responsible for identifying technical issues and resolving them efficiently. In addition to this, you will coordinate projects from planning to execution while ensuring all milestones are met. Your role will also involve consulting with customers to provide them with the best possible service solutions. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to identify new service applications, equipment, and methods that can enhance our service delivery.

  • Provide on-site or remote technical support for installation and commissioning of equipment, as well as routine maintenance
  • Identify technical problems through remote or on-site activity
  • Coordinate and execute projects through planning, meeting milestones, and regular reviews
  • Consult with customers on the best service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing specialist support and solutions
  • Identify opportunities for the development of new service applications, equipment, and methods
  • Provide support to Sales Team, inclusive of Robot Simulation, cycle time evaluation, and accessibility check

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Senior Service Engineer position brings a wealth of experience in mechanical repair and maintenance. With at least five years of experience under your belt, you are well-versed in handling various aspects of industrial robotics, medical devices/equipment, factory automation, and welding machines. Your knowledge in PLC and programming is a must for this role. You are an independent worker with a positive personality, capable of providing excellent customer service and technical support. Your ability to identify and solve technical problems, coupled with your experience in project coordination, makes you the perfect fit for this role.

  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic/Robotics/Automation/Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in mechanical repair and maintenance
  • Experience in industrial robotics, medical devices/equipment, factory automation, welding machine is highly desirable
  • Knowledge in PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and C++ Programming is essential
  • Ability to work independently with a positive personality
