About the Support Specialist - 12 months renewable contract) Role: In this role, you will work with global teams in performing L1 and L2 support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzing transaction failures and make recommendations to improve application reliability and quality, support processes, practices and procedures.
• Making strong technical decisions and complete tasks & assignments under limited supervision.
• Recognizing problems that need further investigations, seeking assistance when needed, and demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
• Ensuring documentation of production incidents and collaborate with different support and development teams and resolve issues.
• Assisting the team in devising new support processes and ensure their implementation as per company policy.

To succeed in this Support Specialist - 12 months renewable contract role, you must have seven to eight years of experience in data modelling, data analytics, data quality.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of work experience in the Application or Production Support function, preferably in a bank or financial institution.
• Hands on experience in critical banking applications.
• Working experience in Enterprise Application support environment with interaction to multiple function (developer, infrastructure, and service desk) and business users.
• Technical knowledge on Application hosted in both Windows and LINUX, able to perform database query (SQL Server, ORACLE) and handling application services under Windows Services and LINUX application services.
