About the Senior ICT Specialist Role:
In this role, you will play a critical role in designing, deploying, and managing the delivery, performance, and life cycle of enterprise infrastructure systems, platforms, processes, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and manage routine preventive maintenance and operational activities promptly and effectively
• Install, configure, maintain and upgrade end-user computers, servers, network devices, virtual machines, operating systems and application software
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, such as business, vendors, management and information technology (IT) teams during the implementation and maintenance of a system
• Set up user accounts and workstations, ensure security through access controls
• Ensure the implementation of IT security system is aligned to corporate IT policies and guidelines
• Provide IT support to local and remote users to resolve hardware and software issues

To succeed in the Senior ICT Specialist role, you will need to have a minimum of four years' experience in IT desktop support and end-user support.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or an IT-related field
• Four or more years of technical experience in IT system support and maintenance
• Proven experience as a system administrator, network administrator or a similar role
• Proficient in computer hardware, Windows 7/10, networks, Active Directory, VMware virtualisation, Microsoft 365, Dell/Cisco switches/routers
• Experienced in engaging cross-functional business, IT stakeholders and vendors
• Excellent written and verbal communication to convey technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences and contribute within a team environment
