Information Security Consultant (GRC)

Our client is a leading firm, is seeking an Information Security Consultant with a focus on GRC. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients enhance and fortify their information security landscape through strategic risk management, policy development, and compliance alignment industry standards.

What You'll Do:

• Design, implement, and maintain technology and cyber risk frameworks, policies, and standards, ensuring strict alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Lead and execute advanced technical security risk assessments and vulnerability evaluations to identify and mitigate threats.
• Oversee the development and upkeep of policies, procedures, and controls.
• Drive the creation and delivery of impactful security awareness training programs, empowering employees with cybersecurity best practices.

What You'll Bring:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 7 years of experience in cybersecurity (engineering/GRC).
• Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks and industry standards (e.g., NIST, COBIT, ISO 27001).
• Certified in CISSP/CISM/CISA or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills with strong ability to present complex IT risk and compliance issues in a clear, concise manner to senior leadership and stakeholders.
