On behalf of our client, we are seeking a committed and knowledgeable Security Project Manager (Contract) to join their team in Singapore. What you'll do:

As a Security Project Manager (Contract), you will play an integral role in maintaining the seamless operation of our client's datacenter. Your daily responsibilities will involve managing various IT projects, from preparing and setting up equipment to executing startups and shutdowns. You'll ensure that all operations comply with safety protocols and deployment standards. When issues emerge, you'll utilize your problem-solving skills to swiftly identify the cause and replace any faulty components. Your commitment to quality will be evident as you perform post-execution checks to verify that all systems are functioning correctly. This role requires strict adherence to operational hours, demonstrating your discipline and punctuality.

• Prepare, stage, set up, and execute startups and shutdowns of racks, hard drives, switches according to specific instructions.
• Perform post-execution quality checks to ensure grounding, staging, labelling, and cabling are set up correctly.
• Troubleshoot issues following standard procedures and replace faulty components as necessary.
• Decommission hardware for simple changes and refreshes following standard procedures.
• Communicate, report, and escalate incidents to appropriate Datacenter Technician Leads.
• Strictly adhere to operational hours and maintain discipline and punctuality.

• Ability to work overtime when necessary.
