Cybersecurity Governance Lead

Our client is a leading fim, looking to on-board a Cybersecurity Governance Lead to oversee cybersecurity compliance initiatives across the APAC region. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of security standards and certification programs, ensuring strong governance frameworks that support the organization’s cybersecurity objectives.

What you'll do:

  • Plan, conduct & coordinate ISO programs and training to promote employee security awareness.
  • Develop security frameworks, policies, and roadmaps for compliance.
  • Align security programs with business and technical priorities.
  • Provide advice on IT and cyber risk management matters as required.
  • Enhance cybersecurity processes and standards.
  • Manage budgets for cybersecurity initiatives.

What you bring:

  • Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of experience in cyber risk/governance/compliance roles.
  • Certifications such as ISO 27001/ISMS, CISM, CISSP, PMP.
  • Willingness to travel.
