Cybersecurity Manager – Strategy and Solutions

Our client is a leading firm, seeking to hire a Cybersecurity Manager – Strategy and Solutions. This is a critical role in driving sales opportunities while defining and executing the strategic roadmap for cybersecurity solutions. This position combines technical expertise, client-facing communication, and strategic product development to deliver impactful results.

What you'll do:

• Develop sales strategies and leverage internal teams to meet organizational goals.
• Design comprehensive security solutions using best practices, delivering key documents like system designs/deployment plans.
• Showcase expertise across cybersecurity domains, including Network Security, Endpoint Protection, Incident Response, and Threat Management.
• Define and implement strategic roadmaps for cybersecurity products aligned with market trends and customer needs.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle while ensuring compliance with standards.
• Engage customers to address cybersecurity challenges and translate insights into product strategies.

What you bring:

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of expertise in presales/product strategy/business operations/solutions within the cybersecurity domain.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications like CISSP/CISM/PMP etc.
