About the Assistant Security Manager (one year, renewable) Role:
Reporting to the Site Security Operation Lead, this role will support the daily security operation matters along with the standard operating procedures, work instructions and security post orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the local business continuity, emergency response plan and the Business Continuity Crisis Management Team (CMT) in the event of a crisis event
• Actively monitor, review, and ensure the performance of daily security route patrol, CCTV systems health, base-built, and customers CCTV live whilst monitoring the daily handling of security-related portal requests, follow-ups and re-assignments
• Monitor and track permanent badge profiles, daily closures of expired visitor profiles, system failure rectifications, STAT's responses and IT's follow-up actions
• Oversee, coordinate and manage vendors whilst ensuring that security is properly planned, scheduled, carried out, and rolled out smoothly throughout

To succeed in this Assistant Security Manager role, you will need to possess excellent stakeholder management and coordinating skills.

Key Requirements:

• Minimally diploma qualification
• Prior roles/function within a similar capacity is an advantage
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and ownership of follow through - can own and take tasks through to completion
• Ability to work efficiently and seamlessly
• High degree of organisational and time management skills, and attention to detail
