A Head of Identity Access Management job has become available to lead an IAM team and guarantee the security of company’s digital assets to be based out of Singapore.

About Head of Identity Access Management Role:
The Head of Identity Access Management will be responsible for leading, executing and managing identity access management strategy across all global locations, including developing and implementing policies, processes and procedures, overseeing activities to ensure compliance with security standards, monitoring and managing user access rights and privileges, and ensuring implementation of access controls and authentication processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and monitor policies, processes and procedures related to identity access management
• Oversee identity access management activities to ensure compliance with industry security standards
• Monitor and manage user access rights and privileges
• Ensure implementation of access controls and authentication processes, including two-factor authentication
• Analyse and evaluate identity access management processes to identify areas for improvement
• Prepare reports on identity access management activities
• Assist in developing security policies and procedures
• Act as a point of contact for identity access management inquiries

To succeed in this Head of Identity Access Management, you will need to be a leader in IAM for past eight years.

Key Requirements:

• Eight or more years of experience in identity and access management
• Proven track record in developing and managing identity access management strategies
• Knowledge of industry security standards and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
