This is a senior, high-impact role focused on expanding enterprise relationships, driving new business, and delivering large-scale transformation deals.

About the Role

Our client, a leading system integrator, is seeking a highly experienced VP of Sales to drive strategic growth within the Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) sector across Singapore. This is a senior, high-impact role focused on expanding enterprise relationships, driving new business, and delivering large-scale transformation deals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the BFSI sales strategy, focusing on new business acquisition and expansion of key accounts in Singapore.

  • Build and maintain C-level relationships with major banks, insurers, payments companies, and financial institutions.

  • Lead end-to-end pursuit cycles for large digital transformation, cloud, infrastructure, applications, and managed services deals.

  • Partner closely with delivery, pre-sales, alliances, and practice teams to shape winning value propositions.

  • Develop multi-year account plans, drive pipeline growth, and maintain accurate revenue forecasting.

  • Lead and negotiate high-value contracts, ensuring strong commercial outcomes.

  • Represent the organisation as a senior BFSI ambassador in the market, including at industry events and partner forums.

  • Mentor and support junior sales and account teams as part of broader regional revenue growth.


Key Requirements

  • Proven background working for a Global System Integrator (GSI) — ideally with deep exposure to services such as cloud, digital transformation, applications, data/AI, and managed services.

  • Demonstrated track record of closing >USD 20M in TCV within the BFSI sector, with evidence of both hunting and farming success.

  • Strong network within major banks, insurers, fintechs, and FIs across Singapore and/or ASEAN.

  • Strong understanding of the BFSI landscape, industry drivers, compliance requirements, and buying behaviour.

  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at C-suite level.

  • Strong commercial acumen and experience navigating complex RFPs, multi-tower solutions, and long sales cycles.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a large matrix organisation.

  • Highly driven, strategic, and comfortable leading large opportunities under pressure.
