Business Analyst/Project Manager (Ops Lifecycle, Contract)

As a Business Analyst/Project Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing complex projects that span global platform migrations, regulatory compliance initiatives, and operational excellence improvements

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple strategic projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring all deliverables are met within agreed scope, budget, and timelines.
• Develop detailed project plans that include clear objectives, resource allocation strategies, risk assessments, and milestone tracking to ensure seamless execution.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders at all levels to capture business needs accurately and validate project deliverables against these requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations and technology departments to manage dependencies between workstreams and promote effective collaboration.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks or issues promptly by escalating them appropriately and ensuring timely resolution to maintain project momentum.
• Collaborate closely with quality assurance teams to ensure thorough testing processes are followed for successful project delivery.
• Manage stakeholder communication by setting clear expectations, providing regular updates, and addressing concerns with empathy and clarity.
• Oversee project financials including budgeting, resource planning, variance tracking, and cost optimisation initiatives.
• Leverage AI-driven analytics and automation tools to enhance reporting accuracy, forecasting capabilities, and overall decision-making within project workflows.

What You Need

• More than 2 years' experience in business analysis/project management role
• Prior experience in Ops Lifecycle, especially in financial operations
• Good experience in senior stakeholders management
• Proven experience managing complex projects concurrently within scope, budget, and timeline demonstrates your dependability in delivering results.
• Solid understanding of project methodologies including Agile, PRINCE2 or PMP principles for structured delivery approaches.
• Prior experience in AI projects such as workflow automation will be an added advantage
