On behalf of our client, we are seeking a seasoned Project/Change Manager (HR Systems) [Contract] to facilitate a large-scale HR transformation initiative across Singapore, Hong Kong, and India. This role offers high visibility and the chance to lead regional HR projects centred on employee benefits, insurance systems, and operational risk mitigation. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams including global HR, compliance, and technology partners to ensure successful project outcomes.

What you'll do:

As a Project/Change Manager (HR Systems) [Contract], you will:

  • Lead the execution of a regional HR project focused on employee benefits, insurance systems, and operational risk mitigation.
  • Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle: stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, tollgate approvals, deployment coordination, and post-deployment support.
  • Generate project documentation in accordance with internal Enterprise Change policies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including global HR, compliance, and technology partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop change and communication strategies to align regional teams with new processes and systems.
  • Provide updates and alignments through regular virtual meetings with UK and EMEA stakeholders.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Project/Change Manager (HR Systems) [Contract] role brings:

  • Minimum 8–10 years of project management experience, preferably in HR, operations, or change initiatives.
  • Prior experience in the banking or insurance sector is essential.
  • Proven success managing HR-related or business-side projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and business analysis skills; confident in dealing with senior global stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal on-site support.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level change management processes in regulated environments is highly desirable.
  • Previous exposure to benefits platforms or HR systems (e.g., Darwin, Workday) is advantageous.
