What you'll do:
As a Group IT Manager, your role will be pivotal in leading the development, implementation, and optimisation of IT systems across our client's global operations. You will have a hands-on role in managing all aspects of IT infrastructure, security, and systems while ensuring consistency and efficiency in all global locations. Your ability to manage projects effectively will be crucial as you implement IT projects across the group. You will also be responsible for driving the adoption of new technologies that align with strategic objectives.

* Provide a high level of support and ensure the operational stability of all company systems and technologies
* Ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, key vendors, and partners
* Prepare and manage both Capex and Opex IT budgets for the group
* Participate in the planning and implementation of future systems and technologies that align with the company’s long-term business needs
* Take ownership of and drive changes that contribute to the company’s long-term growth and success
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Group IT Manager position brings a wealth of experience in IT management within a similar industry. With at least 10 years under your belt, you have developed strong knowledge in networking, firewall security, server maintenance, cloud technologies, and system integration. Your hands-on experience with Microsoft Domain Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, and various F&B-specific systems will be invaluable in this role. Your familiarity with accounting systems for SMEs such as SAP B1 and Sun Accounting will be a plus. Above all, your proven ability to lead and manage IT teams and projects in a global environment will set you apart.
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
* Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in IT management within a similar industry
* Strong knowledge of networking, firewall security, server maintenance, cloud technologies, and system integration
* Experience administering Microsoft Domain Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, and various F&B-specific systems
* Knowledge of accounting systems for SMEs such as SAP B1 and Sun Accounting is a plus
* Proven ability to lead and manage IT teams and projects in a global environment
