Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic IT Business Partner for a regional role. This position will be responsible for managing a team to manage the IT Portfolio Plan, aligning with business strategy, preparing proposals and recommendations to business stakeholders. The successful candidate will lead a team of IT business analysts, work closely with regional stakeholders and Sales companies in Asia & Oceania countries, delivering strategic values through business transformations, assessing current IT architecture with various teams of solutions architect and align APAC Sales companies to APAC IT Architecture.

What you'll do:
As an IT Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in managing the IT portfolio for our client's APAC Sales group companies. You will be responsible for aligning this portfolio with the strategies of regional stakeholders. Your role will also involve conducting reviews of the current system landscapes of group companies and ensuring their alignment with the Regional IT Solutions Architecture. You will coordinate with Business Analysts and IT solutions architects to conceptualise future-state solutions. Furthermore, you will collaborate with businesses to develop comprehensive business cases that outline potential benefits.
- Manage the IT Portfolio for APAC Sales group companies, ensuring the alignment of prioritisation with regional stakeholders.
- Conduct a review of the current system landscape of group companies and ensure alignment with the Regional IT Solutions Architecture for the desired future state.
- Coordinate with Business Analysts and IT solutions architects to conceptualise, evaluate solution feasibility, and outline future-state solutions.
- Collaborate with businesses to develop comprehensive business cases outlining potential benefits.
- Travel is seasonal 20-30%, primarily to South-Asia Region.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this IT Business Partner role should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Technology along with experience in Sales company processes. They should have more than 10 years' of experience in IT Business Partner engagement demonstrating strong business acumen for Business Process Analysis, Solution Architecture capabilities, and process simplification/standardization. Experience in both SAP S/4 Consultancy and Business IT environment would be advantageous. The candidate should also have experience in Digital Transformations and a deep understanding of Sales companies business process, B2C/B2B/Project Sales business operating models. Excellent communication skills with business stakeholders are essential along with the ability to organise diverse stakeholders and facilitate teams to achieve productive outcomes.
