Our client is seeking a Business Analyst in Innovation, a role that sits at the heart of their operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilise innovative technologies to enhance company processes and implement IT innovation solutions for customers and the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for project management, managing IT solutioning business resources as well.

What you'll do:

As a Business Analyst in Innovation, you will be at the forefront of driving technological change within the organisation. You will lead discussions on the adoption of the latest technology innovations, integrating these into existing processes to enhance efficiency. Your role will involve close collaboration with both internal and external partners, designing and implementing technology projects that drive progress. You will also take on a leadership role within your team or department, influencing key stakeholders to achieve desired results. Your ability to develop strategic project plans will be crucial in aligning projects with overarching business strategies. Furthermore, you will be tasked with reviewing resource allocation across various business activities, ensuring optimal use of manpower, assets, and vendors. Your responsibilities will also include managing operational policies, standards, and procedures, as well as integrating new IT processes across functions. A key part of your role will involve managing network security for IT-enabled processes and systems. Finally, you will work closely with users to ensure effective implementation of customer IT projects.

  • Facilitate interactions between internal and external partners to design and implement technology projects

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Business Analyst in Innovation role will bring a wealth of skills and experience to the table. You will have advanced skills in Creative Thinking and Digital Fluency, allowing you to think outside the box and utilise technology effectively. Your intermediate skills in Developing People and Decision Making will enable you to lead your team effectively and make informed decisions that drive progress. Your advanced skills in Collaboration, Communication, and Problem Solving will be crucial in working with both internal and external stakeholders to design and implement technology projects. In terms of industry-specific skills, you will have proven experience in a range of areas including Financial Management, Information Technology and Network Security, Risk Management and Administration within the Logistics sector. You will also have experience in Stakeholder Management, Strategy Implementation within the Infocomm Technology sector, as well as Business Continuity Management within Logistics. Your experience in Change Management, Cloud Computing Application, E-Logistics IT Solutioning within Logistics will be highly valued. Finally, your experience in Innovation Management, Integrated System Design and Application, Logistics Solution Design Thinking, Technology Infrastructure Management and Integration within Logistics will be key to your success in this role.
