• Conduct process and system mapping for the three hubs, identifying gaps and proposing harmonised processes and tools
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication for transformation initiatives

• Create SOPs for new processes and technologies, ensuring alignment with APAC and MEA best practices
• Oversee information systems projects in collaboration with external consultants and vendors
• Assist in impact budgeting and reporting related to transformation projects

Key Requirements:
