An exciting Product Specialist (12-month, extendable) job has just become available at one of the global leaders in real estate.
About the Product Specialist (12-month, extendable) Role: The incumbent will deliver specialised product expertise and exceptional customer service to our business users, focusing on the company's strategic products.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support to end users, addressing product-related queries, support requests, and bug reports promptly and effectively
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and post-production testing to maintain system stability and functionality. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve identified issues
Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of the entire leasing tech stack, understanding business functions, processes, and system integrations
Foster strong user and client relationships, delivering exceptional service and resolving queries promptly
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, actively participating in training programs and digital adoption platforms (DAP) to enhance user engagement and support tool adoption
Assist with technology operational functions, including user onboarding, application access management, and data analysis to support business needs
To succeed in this role as a Product Specialist (12-month, extendable), you must be someone who is committed to delivering excellent customer service, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Requirements:
At least an undergraduate degree in a Business or Technology-related field (e.g. Finance, Real Estate, Application Support, Data)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio)
Basic knowledge of SQL for querying large datasets or willingness to learn
Preferred knowledge of Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Salesforce
Certification as a product admin is advantageous
Readiness to learn new or related technologies to support the products
Commitment to delivering excellent customer service, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Eagerness to expand product knowledge and become a subject matter expert in leasing tech products
