About the Product Specialist (12-month, extendable) Role:
The incumbent will deliver specialised product expertise and exceptional customer service to our business users, focusing on the company's strategic products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to end users, addressing product-related queries, support requests, and bug reports promptly and effectively
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and post-production testing to maintain system stability and functionality. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve identified issues
• Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of the entire leasing tech stack, understanding business functions, processes, and system integrations
• Foster strong user and client relationships, delivering exceptional service and resolving queries promptly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, actively participating in training programs and digital adoption platforms (DAP) to enhance user engagement and support tool adoption
• Assist with technology operational functions, including user onboarding, application access management, and data analysis to support business needs

To succeed in this role as a Product Specialist (12-month, extendable), you must be someone who is committed to delivering excellent customer service, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Requirements:

• At least an undergraduate degree in a Business or Technology-related field (e.g. Finance, Real Estate, Application Support, Data)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio)
• Basic knowledge of SQL for querying large datasets or willingness to learn
• Preferred knowledge of Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Salesforce
• Certification as a product admin is advantageous
• Readiness to learn new or related technologies to support the products
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Eagerness to expand product knowledge and become a subject matter expert in leasing tech products
