About the Role:

In this Production Support (Messaging) – (12months contract) role you will be part of an IT production team and provide support for all production support activities within communication service team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2 support to the end users
• Involve in maintenance of programmable code outlined in technical instructions and specifications for operating systems
• Support the team during diagnosis of any technical issues rise
• Participate in driving and delivering root cause for any high severity issues

To succeed in this Production Support (Messaging) – 12-month contract role, you must have experience working as a production support in messaging within banking or financial domain.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum of six years' experience in managing messaging environment within banking or financial service sectors
• Hands-on experience on windows technology, messaging technologies (exchange 2010, 2016), Skype/Lync and Ironport or any email gateway technologies
• Readiness to work on shifts 2pm to 11pm SGT
