About the Business Analyst - CTRM Implementation (12-month contract) Role:
In this Business Analyst - CTRM Implementation (12-month contract) role you will be part of an international team accountable for the scoping and definition of business and system requirements in one or more line of businesses, and working with the technical teams (on design, build, configuration and test), to ensure that these are delivered to a high quality to the relevant business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage effectively with key stakeholders to understand business requirements/challenges
• Translate business requirements into functional design and requirements for build by technical team
• (Learn where required), configure, test and implement CTRM solutions
• Analyse issues, identify root cause(s), quantify business impacts, and implement effectual resolutions
• Recommend and implement solutions in aid of business process enhancements, usability and operational effectiveness
• Good expertise of data mining
• Engaging with the automated testing to automate regression tests on an ongoing basis

To succeed in this Business Analyst - CTRM Implementation (12-month contract) role, you must have experience working as an experienced Business Analyst (more than 10 years) with a strong track record of implementing CTRM solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years’ experience as a business analyst for CTRM applications
• Strong knowledge of physical/financial commodity trading with a focus configure, test & implement CTRM solutions
• Exposure to several CTRM systems and knowledge of how to apply industry best practices during CTRM implementations
• Commodities value chain (Trade life cycle), end to end from Production through to Shipping (Including contract to cash)
