About the Business Analyst - Swift (12 months contract) Role:
In this Business Analyst - Swift (12 months contract) role you will be part of an international team focused on running and supporting the bank’s Swift-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for overall architecture including swift alliance upgrade, user account management and communication protocols with bank applications
• Be involved in projects and change management by working on requirements gathering, solution designing and implementation
• Participate in functional testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, user training, preparing documentation and production deployment
• Provide level 3 support to users and participate in trouble-shooting

To succeed in this Business Analyst - Swift (12 months contract) role, you must have experience working as a business analyst on swift.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent
• Minimum of five years’ experience as a business analyst on Swift
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Swift products, including Swift Alliance Access, Swift exchange layer
• Experience with OS environment- unix/windows, access control, middleware, database, SQL reporting tools
• Knowledge of ISO20022 and ISO15022 standards
