About the Transition Project Executive (SEA) Role:
You will be involved in leading a smooth transition to ensure there is no disruption while there is a company separation happening.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be involved in working with the country leadership team to define business processes and create SOPs for core functions including sales and marketing, HR, finance, supply chain, compliance, reimbursement, contracts, tenders, etc.
• Support necessary documentations and support local reimbursement code changes
• Develop a comprehensive in-country separation work plan that includes all activities, execution, timelines, and tracking of the separation process and milestones
• Assess and emphasise potential risks associated with the separation process
• Ensure timely execution and escalate issues as necessary
• Facilitate the creation of essential tracking metrics and present integration plans and progress reports
• Proactively collaborate with other regions, global entities, and/or COEs to ensure alignment and sharing of best practices

To succeed in this Transition Project Executive (SEA) role, you must have a good experience in project management while having managed complex clusters in multiple markets. You must also be results-driven and able to collaborate effectively with cross-cultural and cross-functional team members.

Key Requirements:

• At least a diploma and/or a higher education equivalent
• At least four years' experience in a similar role within a commercial organisation. Experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage
• Experience with project management, integration or separation is an advantage
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience in Microsoft Projects and Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented with a thorough grasp of business processes of multiple functions and their interconnections to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the new organisation
• Self-motivated with the ability can work independently, be agile and is adaptable
