Senior IT Infrastructure Support Analyst

Our client is a leading global financial services group, looking to hire a Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst for their Singapore office. You’ll play a key part in supporting the regional technology environment while working alongside a collaborative global IT team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Be the go-to for day-to-day technical support across end-user devices, servers, networks, and telephony systems.
• Troubleshoot issues, manage escalations, and keep business operations running smoothly.
• Ensure systems are patched, backed up, and monitored to meet high availability standards.
• Support cloud and collaboration tools, with exposure to Office 365, Azure/AWS, and enterprise applications.
• Partner with global colleagues to share best practices and ensure consistency across regions.
• Act as a point of contact for vendors and external providers when more complex fixes are required.
• Contribute to IT security awareness and best practices within the organisation.

What you'll bring:

• Degree in IT/Computer Science or relevant.
• At least 5 years experience in IT Infrastructure/IT Support roles, ideally gained within the financial services industry.
• Hands-on experience across Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, O365).
• Working knowledge of networking and Cisco environment, VOIP/AV tools a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, backups, and incident management processes.
• Exposure to virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V) or Citrix environments is advantageous.
• A strong communicator who can explain technical issues in simple terms.
• Flexible, proactive, and comfortable with occasional shift or on-call support.
