IT Service Desk Analyst
Our client is a leading financial institution, looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst for their Singapore office.
What You'll Do:
- Provide hands-on desktop and IT support for users.
- Support server and network infrastructure in collaboration with global teams.
- Manage IT projects and ensure smooth overnight support processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain system documentation.
What You'll Bring:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of IT support experience (ideally in banking or financial services).
- Experience working with tools such as O365, MS Office, JIRA.
- Experience with AD, system setups, user onboarding, and support tools.
