Infrastructure Support Engineer

Our client is a leading firm, looking for an experienced Infrastructure Support Engineer with strong data centre experience to provide on-site technical expertise for a leading financial institution’s infrastructure operations.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver hands-on technical support for server infrastructure within enterprise data centres.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues promptly.
  • Deploy and configure virtualization technologies (Microsoft/VMware).
  • Participate in the setup of server hardware, cabling, and peripheral infrastructure components.
  • Handle system decommissioning, upgrades, and routine patch management.

What you'll bring:

  • Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of experience in data centre or infrastructure support roles.
  • Good experience with VMware/Microsoft Hyper-V.
