Field Engineer

Our client is on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Field Engineer to join their team in Singapore. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on world-class security projects renowned for their safety, reliability, and efficiency.

What you'll do:

  • Work on installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of systems and equipment.
  • Participate in projects and maintenance tasks involving security systems, CCTV, access control, and IT infrastructure.
  • Perform system updates, patching, and hardening.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Develop and implement plans for migration, testing, and execution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for processes and handovers.

What you bring:

  • Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Operational Technology or IT
  • Familiar with networking and TCP/IP protocols.
  • Strong understanding of CCTV, access control, and server systems.
  • Hands-on experience in security tasks like OS hardening, patching, and virus scanning is a plus.
  • Driving License
