Infrastructure Architect
Our client is seeking a knowledgeable Infrastructure Architect to join their esteemed security services organisation. This role is ideal for those with a passion for utilising technology to enhance global safety. What you'll do:
As an Infrastructure Architect, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic expansion of the technology business in the area of smart building & precinct solution-based offering. This includes electronic security systems, monitoring Business, and IT/OT convergence business. You will be responsible for the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions for on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Design and develop infrastructure blueprints for project systems requirement
- Perform capacity planning and sizing
- Manage third party vendors and partners for project implementation
- Address customer enquiries and discussions
- Perform impact analysis and design modifications for change or service requests
- Documentation of architecture specification
What you bring:
The ideal candidate should have experience working in Azure/AWS computing environment. Your technical knowledge should span across SAN, Load Balancer, Firewall, VM Hypervisor, Backup and Restoration, Networking and Cloud Native Stack.
- Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent
- 10-year plus experience working in the same or similar role
- 3-year plus experience working in Azure/AWS computing environment
- Technical knowledge on SAN, Load Balancer, Firewall, VM Hypervisor, Backup and Restoration, Networking and Cloud Native Stack
- Proficient in VMware virtualization suite including vSAN
- Good hands-on experience in AWS and Azure Cloud services including IaaS, SaaS and PaaS
