About the Systems Administrator Role:
In this role, you will work with the global team in supporting systems and processes. You will support different standards of infrastructure applications and incident management, as well as delivering projects to drive organisational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support on incident and problem management
• Lead the global tech refresh project
• Review and analyse end-user tickets to improve the support process including knowledge management
• Handle task tickets which are assigned to the end-user operations team
• Ensure availability of up-to-date documentation regarding infrastructure

To succeed in this Systems Administrator role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Two to three years' experience in supporting IT operations
• Experience in IT training and client support
• Experience with Windows AD is a must
• Good to have experience with: Cisco, Cyber Security Certified, Linux, McAfee, Fortinet, SolarWinds, Tripwire, Vertitas Backup Solution
• Understanding of IT processes
• Experience with incident management and L2 support
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and organisational skills
