Regional ICT Manager

About the Regional ICT Manager Role:
As a Regional ICT Manager, you will act as an interface with related ICT organisations in the Asia Pacific region to reflect local business needs whilst aligning with the global ICT organisation’s strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support the global ICT strategy for Asia Pacific
• Participate in global or regional ICT projects as a regional ICT person-in-charge
• Oversee ICT operations and service delivery activities to offices located in Asia Pacific
• Identify and initiate improvements with relevant technology and business owners to improve business efficiencies
• Participate and act as regional coordinator during ICT emergencies and cyber incidents
• Provide consultancy to business or ICT counterparts in the affiliated offices
• Create and contribute to the development and maintenance of relevant policies, standard operating procedures, and associated documents for efficient ICT operations
• Participate and support all regulatory and other audit activities
• Generate various ICT reports or dashboards for relevant stakeholders

To succeed in this Regional ICT Manager role, you will need to have work experience in managing large-scale global infrastructure and cloud-based technologies. You must also have prior experience leading a team.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma/degree in computer science, engineering, management information systems, or equivalent
• Minimum of eight years of IT experience with experience managing the following areas: cloud/hybrid infrastructure, Azure cloud services, AAD, InTune and third-party cloud applications and tools
• End-user computing/digital workplace
• Proven experience in delivering and managing solutions based on Microsoft365 suite including Teams, SharePoint Online, Forms, PowerBI, PowerAutomate
• Experienced with ITSM and project management methodologies
• Good stakeholder/client and vendor management skills
