About the Wintel Engineer/Windows Administrator Role:
A technology solutions provider with strong global presence is seeking a Wintel Engineer/Windows Administrator to manage a range of IT infrastructure and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install new/rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage
• Provide support for Wintel operating systems administration, incident resolution and maintenance
• Liaise with external service providers on application system and operations services
• Work with the application team to implement changes in different environment
• Provide OS-level support for internal and application projects
• Refine and automate regular processes, track issues and document changes

To succeed in this Wintel Engineer/Windows Administrator role, you will need to have more than two years of experience.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent
• More than two years of system administration experience, configuring, upgradation and resolution related to Wintel infrastructure
• VM experience and proficiency (Hyper-V and VMware Virtualisation)
• Experienced in system level monitoring, performance tuning and enterprise backup solutions
• Professional certifications such as MCSE, VMWare Certification, ITILv3 is highly advantageous
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
