Our client is seeking a Business Process/SAP Consultant to join their team in Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to work with business process owners (BPOs) to implement in-house business application software, review and implement change requests, provide post-implementation support, and develop process enhancements and improvements. The successful candidate will have the chance to manage multiple ongoing projects related to Process Enhancements.

What you'll do:

As a Business Process/SAP Consultant, your primary role will be working closely with BPOs to implement in-house business application software. You will also be responsible for reviewing and implementing appropriate change requests for this software. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be put to use as you provide post-implementation support to end users of these applications. Furthermore, your innovative thinking will be crucial as you develop process enhancements and improvements. You will also have the opportunity to manage multiple ongoing projects related to Process Enhancements.

• Work with BPOs to implement in-house business application software
• Review and implement appropriate change requests for in-house business application software
• Provide post-implementation support to end users of business applications
• Develop any process enhancements and improvements
• Manage multiple ongoing projects and its stakeholders related to Process Enhancements
• Support integration testing, user acceptance testing, end-user training and go-live support

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Business Process/SAP Consultant role will bring a minimum of a Diploma or Degree in a related discipline. They should have at least 5 - 6 years of relevant experience in SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA. A good understanding of Business Operations is essential for this role. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are required. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, steadfast, self-motivated, and proactive.
