Regional IT Business Partner (SAP)

About the role

Reporting to the Associate Director, your role involves:

• Serving as a strategic IT partner to regional business units — including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and HR.
• Leading requirement-gathering efforts in preparation for a multi-year SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Designing and overseeing the implementation of business solutions, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives.
• Driving the use of analytics and emerging technologies to unlock operational efficiencies.
• Managing vendors and system integrators, ensuring successful solution delivery and post-go-live optimization.
• Fostering user adoption through structured change management, communication, and training initiatives.
• Monitoring technology trends and continuously identify areas for improvement and innovation.

Job Requirements

As a successful candidate, you will need:

• At least 5 years of experience in IT project management or business analysis, ideally in ERP implementation (SAP, Dynamics, etc.).
• Hands-on experience working with supply chain, manufacturing, QA, or HR systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and interest in AI and data-driven decision-making.
• Bonus: Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, project management certifications (e.g., PMP), and experience in regulated industries like pharmaceuticals or medical devices.
