Our client is seeking a proactive, highly organised and results-driven ERP Specialist to lead their technology strategy in a manufacturing and distribution environment. This role is critical to optimising processes, building an integrated data architecture, and ensuring that data is accessible for effective decision-making across the organisation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ERP systems, data architecture, and management.

What you'll do:

As an ERP Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our client's technology strategy. You will lead the implementation and optimisation of ERP systems to support core business operations. Your expertise in designing robust data architectures will be crucial in integrating data from various sources for effective decision-making. You will also oversee the development of business applications tailored to operational needs. Furthermore, you will develop an IT strategy that aligns with business objectives while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and optimizing their usage.
• Strong track record in designing and implementing data architectures.
• Experience working in lean teams and independently
• Exceptional leadership, project management, and communication skills.
