Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive strategic enterprise-wide sales initiatives into targeted strategic accounts. This role offers the opportunity to have a direct impact on the success and growth of a leading automation company, reflected through excellent income potential. The successful candidate will be selling a suite of products including RPA products, Multi-Channel Capture products, Business Process Management (BPM) products, and more. What you'll do:

As a Senior Sales Manager, your role will be pivotal in driving the company's growth. You will develop, manage and execute sales plans focused on achieving revenue goals consistently on a quarterly and annual basis. Your focus will be on a general territory, establishing new and nurturing existing third party distribution relationships. You'll work closely with internal teams for effective prospecting and qualification, ensuring that the CRM system is always clean and up-to-date. You'll also collaborate with our list of partners to jointly engage in prospecting, qualifying calls or visits according to strategic account mapping plans.

  • Identify, qualify, orchestrate and close new business within assigned target accounts
  • Work closely with various teams to create and manage a strong pipeline of new business
  • Manage multiple concurrent sales cycles effectively
  • Articulate the value of our solutions to VP and C-level audiences
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with our existing client base
  • Qualify and forecast deals accurately and consistently
  • Develop and execute field marketing activities to drive pipeline growth
  • Maintain a deep set of contacts across all lines of business within each target account

What you bring:

As the ideal candidate for the Senior Sales Manager position, you bring a wealth of experience in selling enterprise software & service solutions to high-level executives within Global 2000 accounts. Your track record demonstrates consistent achievement beyond quotas, with proven success positioning and selling solutions that align with customers' strategic objectives. Your expertise extends to RPA, ECM, BPM, ERP or Document management technologies. Your excellent communication skills enable you to articulate complex solutions to VP and C-level audiences, and your strong intellectual skills, enthusiasm, and integrity make you a valued team member. Your ability to close deals through effective negotiations and deal management is unparalleled.

  • Minimum of 10 years of successful sales experience selling enterprise software & service solutions to high-level executives within Global 2000 accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed individual quarterly and annual quotas
  • Proven success positioning and selling solutions that align with customers' strategic objectives
  • Successful selling experience with RPA, ECM, BPM, ERP or Document management technologies strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong intellectual skills, high level of enthusiasm, strong integrity
  • Ability to consistently close deals through effective negotiations and deal management
