ERP Application Engineer (Infor M3, Application Support)

With a focus on delivering supply chain and operational efficiencies through cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions, they are hiring a permanent position of a ERP Application Engineer (Infor M3, Application Support).

About the Role

This position offers the opportunity to play a critical role in supporting and enhancing the company’s ERP system, ensuring smooth operations across multiple regions. Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, the role involves working closely with stakeholders to address technical and functional needs, improve workflows, and support business processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Providing technical and functional support for the ERP system (Infor M3) and related applications, such as workflow tools and document management systems.
• Troubleshooting and resolving application issues for users across the APAC region.
• Collaborating with teams to analyse and enhance operational processes through system improvements.
• Managing integrations between various systems and assist in data migration efforts.
• Assisting with implementing new features, updates, and system configurations.
• Delivering user training sessions and prepare system documentation.
• Coordinating with shared service teams to ensure smooth application operations.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in ERP application support in Infor M3.
• Good to have: Knowledge of ERP modules like finance, procurement, or supply chain processes is advantageous.
• Experience with system integrations, configurations, and user support.
