Our client is seeking a highly skilled IT Business Partner with a focus on HR Systems to join their team in Singapore. This role is pivotal in designing and delivering HR Hire to Retire Service Transformation across Process, Organisation & Technology. The successful candidate will be instrumental in improving both regional and local employee experiences, leading to an enhancement in organisational results on revenue and profit. The ultimate goal is to create engaging, efficient, and productive experiences for employees within an ecosystem that continuously learns and refines as part of Kaizen.

What you'll do:

As an IT Business Partner focusing on HR Systems, you will play a crucial role in transforming the employee experience from hire to retire. Your responsibilities will span across various areas including User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX), workflow and productivity tools, communication and collaboration tools, learning platforms, HR systems, and organisation change management. You will leverage your skills in UX/UI design and emerging technologies to enhance employee perception and satisfaction. Your ability to drive continuous improvement through Generative AI & Emerging technologies will be key in this role.

  • Design user-friendly, visually appealing technology interfaces
  • Enhance employee perception through intuitive digital platforms
  • Ensure seamless access to workflow, data analytics and management systems
  • Drive continuous improvement through Generative AI & Emerging technologies

What you bring:

As the ideal candidate for the IT Business Partner (HR Systems) role, you bring a wealth of experience in regional HR technology along with a strong understanding of HR processes. You possess strong project management skills which enable you to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Your excellent communication and collaboration skills allow you to manage stakeholders at both operational & leadership levels effectively. Furthermore, your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business partners is commendable. Your business-savviness and data analytics skills are key in optimising user experiences.

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in regional HR technology with a strong understanding of HR processes.
  • Strong understanding of HR SAP Systems (SuccessFactors, Concur etc.) is essential
  • Experience with UX/UI Design; and existing/emerging technologies.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; managing stakeholders at both operational & leadership level.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
