On behalf of our client, we are seeking a skilled .Net Developer (6-Months Contract) based in Singapore. This role presents an opportunity to work on impactful development projects within a dynamic financial team. The successful candidate will focus on building and maintaining robust .NET applications, optimising SQL database interactions, and contributing to efficient, maintainable solutions that drive business performance.

What you'll do:

As a .Net Developer (6-Months Contract), you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications using C# or VB.NET.
• Work with ASP.NET or .NET Core to build scalable web applications.
• Write and optimise complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers for performance.
• Translate business logic and financial formulas into clear, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Integrate .NET applications with SQL databases to ensure smooth data operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Support the development and maintenance of automation processes where applicable.
• Debug and optimise code to ensure high performance and reliability of applications.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this .Net Developer (6-Months Contract) role will have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fields
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in .NET development
• Strong understanding of C# or VB.NET, and experience with ASP.NET or .NET Core
• Proficiency in MS SQL Server, including writing complex queries and performance tuning
• Familiarity with financial formulas and calculations in application logic
• Solid experience in debugging, testing, and performance optimisation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality code in a fast-paced environment
