Software Engineering Manager (Wifi)

Key Responsibilities

• Wi-Fi and Embedded Systems Development: Lead the design, development, and delivery of Wi-Fi-based embedded software solutions, ensuring alignment with hardware and product requirements.
• Solution Architecture: Define the strategic software direction by translating product requirements into robust development plans and technical architectures.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 10 engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence while setting and achieving ambitious project goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with hardware and RF teams to create cohesive solutions for the company’s product lines.
• Software Best Practices: Establish and promote industry-leading development practices to ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in embedded systems and Wi-Fi technologies, with a focus on 802.11 specifications.
• Deep understanding of wireless protocols, embedded Linux, and software-hardware integration.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
• Strong interpersonal and mentoring capabilities to guide a high-performing team.

• Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and improving complex embedded systems.
